Custom maps problem

When i host custom map i wait players and then every player that join got kicked in same time he join so no one can enter my game.And the biggest problem is that only tr can join custom games.... LOL?... so pls fix it

dunno somewhere i read that downloading maps is disabled and only ppl can join which have the map :/
