Invalid map config for a custom map: RiseOfChina1.6B.w3x

This map was working earlier but now it says:
Loading config file [RiseOfChina1.6B.w3x]

Here's a screenshot:
Unable to create game [Rise of China]. The currently loaded map config file is invalid.

Could someone fix this or is this going to fix it self when the migration is finished?

I have read that, but I thought that only downloads were disabled, not custom maps.

Besides diota evverything is disabled.
