What it is? (Warning! Desync detected!)
Whenever the hosts the game after 15 seconds I type command-ah (antihack). When this command is entered, the game stops for a moment. I like to experiment, as always, so before I entered this command, I spent all my pauses in the game. And when I entered the command-ah, the game stopped and I was disconnected. When I checked the log of the game, it was written there: Warning! Desync detected!

de-sync is a warcraft3 bug, usually caused by JASS code errors in a warcraft3 map.
It happens when 2 different game states are present.

A simple example; for A,B,C people Naix is at fountain, for D person Naix is at forest. A,B,C people are in game state 1 and D person is in game state 2. People in the state containing less people gets kicked out of game. D person gets desync disconnect from game in such case.
It happens in way more short durations than this though

But this is not your problem. You have done desync by yourself by spending all pauses. You had no pause available and by -ah you forced another pause. This means you can't pause the game but -ah command does it itself so all players got game pause for 1 sec(or less) but you did not. That means your game time was for example 00:40 but all others had 00:39=you were disconnected due to desync.
