Permanent ban for multiacc

Hello. A long time ago, I got a permanent ban for a multi acc. The reason was that when I got the ban on eurobattle.net  then played on fawkz.bnet until the ban is over the eurobattle.net. So please tell me if this is considered a multi acc, and whether such a reason, you can get a permanent ban? Please comment on the administrators, then say exactly what I mean.

In this game: http://playdota.eu/stats/game/2186829/apem-eu-fasttttttt-1-3 (29-07-2011 03:36:55) he got ban on fawkz.bnet (Reason:29:11    (All)    lord_kurai lagged out (dropped by vote), lord_kurai was autobanned.), and few hour later he played on eurobattle.net next game: http://playdota.eu/stats/game/2187088/apem-eu-1-1 (29-07-2011 07:34:08). I think he should write there new topic about unban and w8 for unban, then play.
When I did so, I got permanent ban, Lord_kurai also should get.

I know u are upset and raging, but fact is, I didnt leave the game. Before u dare here to write nonsense, have the decency to at least read once the evidence I have posted that proof my computer restarded. I even write, that if people were not satisfied with that, I would post the dump file. You can argue if the report is incomplete or valid after u have taked a look at it. But obviosuly, u have not done so. So before u attack me , u should check all the facts and evidences.

If u attack me again, pls proof that I leave the game based on xml I have posted or ask me for the dump file. I dont wanna read your stupid speculation that I left the game on purpouse.

^If i understood it's not about did u or not left/pc restarted,it's about how he wasnt been given same treatment. When he tried to get unbanned he was instantly given perma ban,unlike u who got his chance to justify his reason for leaving (due to restart of your PC). He probably feels that it was unjustified due to his 1st account being banned by his PC restart blue screen etc. (Thou i may be wrong)

I have been granted that status of moderator through my long and clean game history. Process was open here http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,68950.msg223352.html, and I proofed I didnt quit on purpouse. Process was open for everyone and another moderator made judgement.
in the other side, u were using multi acc. to avoid bans after being reviewed by a moderator. there is a wolrd of difference between both scenarios.
I didnt lock that topic as I am not locking this one to show the transparency of the process.
Pls accept u fail at raging .I have showed u ,that as moderator, I am not above rules .
