I think you don't understand it. It is similar to MH Ban Notifications

no astaroth u got him wrong ..he means that flaming made by whispers should be solved at eurobattle mods not pd bots

i think the reason he made this topic is b/c neo cortex flamed him by whispers once

Exactly, he flamed me hard on pm, he was saying all the time that

He flamed you via whisper and we are not solving those kind of reports. If someone flames you via whisper you should reprot him on eurobattle.net

Rockafella banned him cause he probably banned him (or he kicked him from chanel or something similar) before and he flamed him via wisper, thats why he banned him.

When someone is wisping you with dont have proofs why did he done that and thats why u have to go and report that on bnet forum.

I alrdy had experience with flaming via PM, so just be sure that u made screenshot, and go on eurobattle.net forums, find pm/flame section and post your request, they will lock his account for 7 days 1st time, next time i think 1 month, then perma ip lock for bnet.

but many mods ignore this and they ban ppl ingame 2 ;)
