Use search next time.
PSR are points you get when you win a game and you loose them when you loose the game. K/D/A or anything else will not affect it.
This system is based on ELO (use Google).

PSR rnking is based on ELO rankign system used in chess tournaments ,but its modified to fit 5v5 ranking.
Bassicly you need to know this :

-You start with 1500 PSR and you enter game and in loby each point by player is calculated and there is avg points per team. Depending on difference in avg of both team you earn PSR.
-If yor team has 70% winn and scourge 30% ,if sentinel wins they will earn little points due bigger chanse of winning. If scourge wins they will get more points because of 30%.

It is because many people here care about PSR. Low PSR=noob.
But there is problem that you have only 4 games, then it is hard to convince others that you aren't noob/newbie...
