Well i can axplain that
really "easily"
I am a Greek Boy , so i hate turks from the day i borned,
i just dont like them (that not means that i flame them or ..) , so sometimes when i join a game with turks they say "ooo the gay greek"
"ooo fuck greece"...!!!!!!! WHO?? Turks , they had my granda-grand father-mother in slavery for 400 years , and they are flaming after al this??? 
thats really bad and yes  i am a big racist on TURKS only for that, i never said turk are noobs in dota etc , just for that.
For Romanians now, i'v been in romania 4times because i had Tae-kwon-do matches there and especially in a stadium that called "Drakula" or smth i cant really remember the name. In the stadium, romanias were joking/mocking/fooling all the missions (Germany,Italy,Greece,Turkey and so on ,,,,) they were screaming some bad words (cause we did a friend there , a romanian from the Hotel we were staying , and he was coming with us) and when the matches are over and we were preparing to go to the hotel  to rest ourselves, when we enter the bus they were throwing us rocks and bottles(water bottles). I'm not saying that the greeks are better , but we would never react like that on unknown people who came just for matches or to see the attractions etc (we only did this when people are not supporting PAOK ;p) anyway , i'v been in Serbia,in Russia, in Holland and as far as i can remember (especially on Serbia) people where so kind and they had all that pleasure to ask you "where are you from" etc.Especially i got a friend there from Serbia and her name is Mlica ;p we still have contact threw facebook ;d
So with all that happenend , i dont really Love Romanians and Turks.

were few time in Romania on mountains and met a lot of romanian ppl it was good times nothing bad except onetimes weather but problems with ppl no

and gypsies are in every country but its very small minority so a few % but rest are normal romanian ppl, imo worse situation is in Hungary cause it was in history settled by raiders from asia so now gypsies

and about history conflicts there were always and everywhere a lot of states in balkan got wars in near past and its still in ppl there and we from CZ are still sort pissed on germens from WWII even its 60 years but now its ok cause even young germes are normal and are asking why we were mad on ourselves time heal these wounds in some way but in some cases its harder like at turks I studied history so I know a lot about all these conflicts and stuff...

And about that turk serials on our Greek TV (Ezel , Gumus) and Papandreous behavior against Turks like the turks are now our friends etc , are alll BULLSHITS, turks still laughing behind our back and its not only that , they are HATING us too?

I saw it ingame. They call RO and TR this because they are angry coz some ingame mistake. I never saw any1 meant it really seriously, as racism. There are Gypsys in Romania=angry guy will call all of them Gypsys.
About Turks. There are lot of them, lot of them play noob games or are just noobs. I mean "noob" as skill level now, no flame or offence. From my experience I know if there are more than 1 Turk in your team and they are really bad they will never talk english or even try to cooperate. If you ask them to talk english or help they just say "anani sikerim" or something like that. And I know what does it mean.
And because there are lot of them doing this^ people just don't like them ingame at all.
On the other hand I've met good TR players, they were friendly, they didn't flame they were ok so my teammates weren't flaming them and they didn't have any problem.
All in all I never saw guy who was real racist, who was flaming and who meant that really seriously. Yea he said "turk piece of sh*t" but he wanted to flame that 1 guy coz of some mistake. If he would be real racist he would flame him from beggining of game for nothing. And I never saw that.

I can explain most of hate reason besides DotA experiance in world,because i used to read books about history and human society development,but then i would go offtopic. Maybe Serbs hate Turks in General because they turn back 700 years ago,but here at xpam you see hate towards tr people because of they are noobs,but for Serbs or any other nation which was in Turkey Ottoman slavery will expres hate with nationalism.For that national hate which was from 700 or 1389 when Turks and Serbs fought on Kosovo field,and that is used to expres patriotism in Serbia - bassicly hate Turks if you are lover of your conutry and support your people who defended our nation, i support that - fight for your country and be war hero ,but to continue hate just to show your love ,imo its wrong ,but i explain in details what i meant here , i would need to use all sort of sources to explain why one people hate other besides dota.
Also for people who dont like Muslims will flame Tr people based on their beleif ( i might used wrong term ,dont harass me)

For Romanians ,they call them gypsies because their people are Romanians which is simlar to Roman (2 similar wds but to different meaning) (Not Roman from Italy or ancient roman empire ) and they are minority in world (but thats not reason to be less equeal as other people) and hated because of colour of their skin ,faith and simple way of life.

As for me i dont flame based on national level or somenes beleifs , i might call tr noob , serbian people have noobs too like greece or any other country ,none is born with skills ,yu can only be gifted but there is no use of gift if you dont practise. Maybe tr are more hated because you see TRAPEMSO or RO GODZ most of time on xpam and they think there a noobs but that just because you face it everyday just when you log in , play eu games and see everyone is noob ,maybe tr have bigger % due massive usage of MH and no will to learn nothing besides Mhing - use Mh you cant learn wht is map awarnes and judging where your opponent might go but thats because of fact that 80 % of tr layers have less then 16y of age

Personaly i was in Turkey 10 + times i did not mind nothing , i ate wonderfull tr dish ,i was in hotel where you could pick 30 kind of salads and 40 + sweets ,most of them are tr dish as well. And there are many kind people there. But fact they are noobs is fact everyone is noob .
