Flame rule change suggestion

If someone keep calling you fu*king idiot/noob/retard is that bannable or can he get warn? Idiot/noob/retard isn't bannable but if he adds the word fu*king can he be at least warned?

Once again, we have (well myubernick did) invented that !ignore command, if he use "f...ing idiot" you can use that command same as you can use if someone calls you "idiot". It is not hard to divide real flame from "offensive" words. Tell me what would you do if someone calls you "f...ing idiot" in r/l? There r 3 options:

1. You will ignore him and walk away

2. You will say same thing to him and walk away

3. You will punch him in the face and kick his ass so badly that he will wish he was never born.

Same thing is in dota, if someone calls you like that you have 3 options:

1. ignore him

2. gave him a same respond

3. you will let him die alone while you and rest of the team are pushing bottom line

If you do something do it right.
  Problem with your logic is that you think it will be solved if honest and fair pleayers run from bad ones by using ignore and /squelch (didnt know this command before) command. Ignoring problem doenst make it go away. I assume that many kids play here and this kind of language is not suited for them(like my younger brother who also plays here).
Exsample:
Person A:flame
PersonB:dont. stop it
Person A:flame,flame...
-II-
PersonB:!ignore
Person A: whispers flame
PersonB:/squelch
Person A:gets away with it
Person A:keeps doing it in other games

  I am currently banned because I went afk after a guy keept saying  and later whispering things about my mother entire game.I can tolerate some things but what he wrote was soo disgusting and filthy that I couldnt/didnt wanted to read it anymore.I got ban and he got away!
I am currently watched because I returned insult and the guy that started it is not.

  Again: I wasnt advertising or saying that that site is "the best" nor I think that it is. I just used it as exsample how things can be civilised and done better.
   And in my country there is a phrase:
"If more than 2 ppl say that you r drunk you should lie down on the ground and act like you rly are even if you r not".
Well that is why our country is in a state that it is now
