I've read the storyline when I 1st started to play, I'm no longer interested in that. Still,  I do not think that it messes up kraken if it doesn't stack , for kraken only reduces dmg taken up by 28, and vanguard 

Damage Block
Gives a 70% chance to block 40 attack damage if wielder is melee, or 70% chance to block 20 damage if wielder is ranged

... so in a situation 1v1 I don't think you can receive 600 dmg in 6 seconds to get negative buffs removed, but  2v1, or 3v1 etc, your vanguard won't matter that much, you'll get 600+ dmg in less than 6 seconds, tough removing negative buffs. I am clear now ?
PS : Maybe I should quit posting in guides, since it seems you know better.

May build for tide is:

Spells: before lvl 6 i get 3 lvls of gush one lvl of kraken shell and one lvl of anchor. after that as you wish.

Items: first i get power treads and 2 bracers. than mask of madness folowed with perservance. After that basher and I finish bf. last 2 items are cuirass and heart of tarrasque.

In this way i can deal lots of dmg and cause of kraken shell they need to toss lots of spell to disable me which leaves the open for killing from my team. And if they dont focus me i can kill almost everything before they get to my team m8s. Oh and when i do ulti+mask of madness one will die 100%.

or vanguard + bfury for megapro games when your carry is ezalor.

vanguard doesnt even stack on kraken shell......

"Tide is not a carry", but he can make rampage with ease. See my build.

Just as dazzel is suport healer but he can make more kills than a cary without any special build.

Tide's goal is not to get kills though, it's to disable and deal damage for the rest of your team to clean up

My item build is half tank half dps like i go 2 bracers pt dtr and madness and batttlefury...becomes very fucked up killing maschine get hearth and asssault courias even less armour.

My second build is armlet with desolator and some lifesteal like valdi and to get some hard hp 2 bracers until i get hot...and ofcrs he needs aatck speed ....hyper stone ftw

No matter the situation, nor opponents, dagger will always be a MUST on levi. I think it's second best initiator, after ES.   As for rest of the items, I'd never go for s&y/diffusal/bf ..imo, worst items on him. Hood if necessary + vanguard ( how does vanguard mess up your kraken ?! iirc, it 'improves' it ) , refresher , shiva and hot ..  well, yeah , expensive items ,but said for the record to fill up slots.

umm, yea ... tide isn`t second tide is 4 or lower ..
and ES isn`t the best, because his skills dont go through bkb like enigma or magnus would
only way of avoiding a magnus ulti (a magnus + dagger) , or an enigma ulti (same) is being aware and seeing him getting in blink range, and blinking away asap

like in this video, around min 2 on the scourge side middle lane :

perfect demonstration of magnus imba ulti land, incredibly fast. Nada was able to avoid it because he was ready to blink away when he saw him on minimap if he waited to see magnus near him, he wouldn`t be able to as you can clearly see.

you might say ES is equally effective. but it isn`t, because bkb owns him, and it`s easier to see him come in and you use bkb, rather than see a magnus or enigma come in and being forced to blink away.
therefore -> magnus and enigma > all

i think you need anger management .. seriously o_O i never saw anyone get mad like this a non-nothing word causing anger .. go out man .. take a walk .. TALK TO PEOPLE ( but not in this way ), LAUGH for crying out loud

do you realise how angry you are ? do you know why ? because you may enjoy playin` all the time, but your brain cant stand being in the same room for months without a "break".

if you continue on this road you may even have thoughts about suicide, cause you will think life sucks but it`s not the life that it`s sucking .. it`s the people too stupid to have the power over it, you are the master of your own universe, you can do everything, IF you have the strenght and the will power ANYONE can have it`s up to you, you choose your lifestyle.
