Found how to ban ppl so they cant evade bans

You should do "whisp to join" systemy .. People must whisper some moderator on channel so he can give them 1 lvl access to bot (join/host games) and those who dont whisper they wont be able to play/host game. When some1 get banned bot just remove that lvl 1 rank as long as it should be banned ... to evade same ppl Moderators should have some Notepad with IP of players so ppl wont use 2 acc... its hard but there should be special rank for this thing and i think that it should be used cause multi-accounting is worst thing on server ^^ i think you will think bout it and let us know will it be used thanks

so when moderator has 1000 bans in notepad he will check ip of all 1000 banned players?

Well if he make some order in it.. wont be so hard
for example

213.133.10+
213.133.10.001
213.133.10.002
(and so on till 20+) that wont be hard... it takes some time but its best way so far to keep away those scams that ruin game ^^

1)It would slow players down and it will be too hard for admins to keep up with requests.
2)I have only 1 PC at home but still i have "the same ip adress" as half of my town , actually all users of my current internet provider has the same ip adress .. I've joined games and got the message : ^omYota has the same ip adress as ... etc(3 other players ..2 of them are my friends , the other 1 i have no idea who he was)

And this is reason why we don't do ip bans.

But we are working on hardware bans. Time is the key to life

There is no way to ban ip forever, if guy is smart and he want to risk, opens his router on net, do some things, and make 2nd "not real" ip, and use it, and he can do that for games etc, anytime he wants.
I did it to i can play cod mw2, cuz i dont know why but when i joined there i couldnt join server, but i changed some things in router on net and gg now > dynamic ip
