PSr help?

hi i just want to know what contributes to psr gain and loss. sometime i get 10+ sometimes 5+ how the heck my gameplay or things my team do, ofcourse i know i loss some if i lost but what determines the number?

We made a new relative rating system based on ELO, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system
Current score value has been replaced by PSR which stands for "player skill rating". Every player with no games starts at 1500 PSR, then you lose/gain rating as you lose/win games.
If you are inactive and not playing any ladder games for a while your PSR will start to decay automatically and you will lose position in the ladder.
All game modes except -em will give you the same PSR gain. -em game gives less information about players skill, so PSR gains from -em game are a lot less than non -em game.
The new system takes into account who are you playing with, who are you playing against and whether you won or lost the game.

Example:
You stack your team with pro players in sentinel against noobs in scourge.
If sentinel wins, players from sentinel will get low or no rating increase to their PSR.
If scourge wins, players from scourge will get high rating increase to their PSR.

ive seen players with 1600 psr playing like shit and players with 1400 doing better than the the"pro" ones

In no way. Only win/loss affects it. No matter you play like god having score 20-0-20 but if you have noobs in game and lose you still got minus rating. No matter you screw everything up and go with 0-20-0 but if you have 4 pros in your team and win you got plus rating. Isnt it nice?

imo psr should be changed
win/lose 50% of psr and k/d/a towers/rax/ creeps/denys/neutrals

but thats bad too because supports dont have such a big cs (anyway here in pd.eu most ppl play carry with every hero :DD )

thats acually not true YES sometimes u c that k/d/a of ppl with 14xx psr is higher but what matters isnt to get high k/d/a what matters is to lead ur team to win .. that one who got 16xx psr how he got it if he play like a shit??? think of it little bit ....

they play only with nabs and make psr, and after that they suck in pro games
and im talking about !psr not !sd
