well he does his admin duties well but I'd like to see some mature acting in "civil".

I believe ALL mods doing quite well job no mather what trivial players say.
Difference between mods and most of us is, that we could jurge in our own way. They try to stay neutral. Sometime it didnt work, but we are all humans.

What do I expect more? Just tougher punishent for hosts. They ALL should know the rules.

+1  I agree , host should be punished twice as hard because they should be full aware of all rules, just as mod are.
