Why not autobanned?

Hello, I noticed:

32:39    (All)    Hyperzer has left the game voluntarily.

and was not auto-banned. I did not notice they forfeited. So I checked game log, and indeed, they did not succeed to forfeit. How come he did not get auto-banned then?

Well it happened a lot times
people thought that tree/throne destroyed and alt q + q to quit game
maybe admins changed that
so on 25% if someone accidentaly leave wont get ban :/
