PSR and rank association

I love the system but it's just like ICCUP rating system :/ i don' t know if someone want to make like ICCUP.,,

Can't remember what happened b4 PSR

NOTHING. just regular games with s/d creep kills and so on

u was actualy geting score for wins and losing for loses it didint matered if ur oponent has high or low score..

now its abit antistacking  couse if ur stack has high psr and enemies low theres no point playing couse ur most likely get +0 or +1

As i understand it there are 2 group of ppl. 1st who care about their score and ladder position and 2nd are ppl who only care about nice game => nice balanced game => game not balanced according to your PSR but according (at least) to your !sd.
The thing is - we dont have any kind of league/tournament here with persistent teams. Teams always differs so i dont understand the fact PSR is counted on the base of your team result.
So again - y its beautifull we got rating. On the other hand - we got rating which tells u nothing about that player skill (dont try to argument here with 1800+ rating - im speaking about ordinary players and normal games).
