imo in most cases of games using PSR system its never restarted
but good question anyway, mainly for top PSR players here

I think when new bots and new stats came, they said "This is the last time stats will be restarted"

There wont be ladder reset anymore, if you want to reset your stats, try to donate and we will reset it.
