Imo its not a hack.

There will be always some add ons ,like in wow or other games ,which help you,and it wont give you major advantage.

Map hack give you advantage because you evade something , or ganks someone .
This just gives you some info about your hero. If it works also on enemy heroes ,it is hack.

You can use it on xpam it isnt bannable but on tournaments its forbiden, like dotakeyz or some other addons. Although i cant see any use of this shity thing....

customkeys.txt isnt hack cause blizzard itself implemented it in war3, if you use it or not its just your playstyle or stand
warkeys are allowed its not hack  they does the same what customkeys does and many pro dota players around the world are using it, read sometimes rules of some big tournament or challenge, there is condition that on computers for teams are allowed just war3 installed and max. warkey program, anything else is not allowed
and manabars its arguable but imo its just ok cause its like HP bars and blizzard implemented it in war3 then, and even its not in war3 its showing just things you already know and overall it doesnt show exact numbers just graphic % of HP or mana value if you wanted to know how many HP or mana hero got you still have to click on it, so its not hack
other stuff is hack as said above - they give you informations which normal game cant give you like units in fog w/o wards, invisible units w/o detection items and so on, or cheating apps...

Look, blizzard cored only customkeys and hp bars. anything else beside that is hack. It is for me at least as I said before, I play only with hp bars, I m not using custom keys, nor dota keys, nor anything that would help me to play on that way, why? cause I like to rage when I miss the schortcut button thats why. <-- old school

it must be funny, but your fingers must suffer especially when u play some all cast hero. http://www.drjones.dk/customkeys/generator.php easiest way how to protect your hand... simply easy. u can miss the shortcut too but they will be only in line. if u once try it u ll never want to go back to the chaos. i remember zeus fast casting c,v,g or c,x,g + a as attack (i just tried to put my fingers to these letters - sheesh). fortunately it is past time.

I don't use custom keys either, but I played HoN for a while and there all spells are with Q W E R, no matter what hero do you pick. And that's what I liked the most in that game, I think DotA should make that too.

Imo dotakeys is very useful because it takes the gameplay to another level, and everyone who is into dota should have it; without dotakeys, or warkeys, or however you want to call them, you cannot function properly with a hero that has 4 spells and say 3-4 active abilities in the inventory. As for this tool, i find it completely useless.. Why would i need something that shows me how much do i regenerate? This can be determined very easily..
