Hack or not ?

Today i found a tool wich shows you how fast your hero hp-reg./mana-reg. / attackspeed / movespeed is

here a small screenshot

so is this tool here allowed ?
imo. it should be allowed because it shows you only the regs / speed ( =no hack imo )

Anything that gives you advantage (big advantage) vs your enemies is considered as hack.

I personnaly consider all this things as hack: dota keys, warkeys, mana bars, and cause of that, ME PERSONALLY consider this thing as hack too.

They are not hacks imho.Dota keys,warkeys,all that is allowed on any dota tournaments.
Why would blizzard add a special option in wc3 for customkeys if it was "illegal"?? and if blizzard has no problem with it who else would forbid it?noone would forbid something that the creater of the game aproves.

Some Platforms like RGC consider MAna bar as a hack :/ don't know why plus i Agree with docta it's not illegal..

everyone has his own opinion but about this "hack"

i dont see the advantage for playing in this hack :/. but lets wai for admins :)

But enemies can also use that things and then there is no advantage.
