I see many have problems with installing,patching,gproxy and more. Maybe you could recruit few of them to help those people out, for the beginning 3-4 of them and later even more. I am interested if admins agree, but I don't want the solution to be, restart the game!! First you should take info from the guy who has problems and then examine and come up with a good solution. Also you could give forum rank icons to them.

You could be a good tech support member, see. I just meant like you could get awarded with an icon, and people could contact you when they have problems.
