People here try to help as much as they can ,but you need to realise we do this sparing our free time , and you need to realise that people he lives and personal issues in lifes.

Also for new mods,they have not faced with solving reports before ,and they need time to figgure it out. Also with help of their tutors.

it's not about advising his job is to help ppls for solving problems and helping them about something they don't know etc... if you have any question you can ask him.. but now polska isn't advisor now...
