I have problem...I have laggs during all pd.eu games since I instaled a new version bnet itc....my ping works fine during all games 20-30 ms....\
I really dont have any idea why ?????!!! ?!?! ?!?!
On other servers I dont have similar problems....-.-

Its dmn "cmd.exe" process which start and shutdown 2-3 ping.exe processes like once every sec and bites some amount of PC resources.
This problem can be solved by killing that process with Task Manager or Process Explorer once u start the eurobattle.net loader, at least it worked for me  ;)

Just start W3(Euroloader), then push CTRL+ALT+DEL, open "Task Manager", go to "Processes" tab, find "cmd.exe", select it and kill/end it by clicking on button that is in right bottom corner or just push Delete.

i had this problem before, and when i was in game i had a sucks lag but now all things is ok :).

This post is for nothing because you didn't tell us what was wrong or how did you fix it. You killed that cmd.exe process?
But I think in that cmd.exe gproxy runs so by killing this process you close gproxy. And you should be using gproxy.
