You are using a program that requires a version of windows later than Windows XP Service Pack 1. Visit the Microsoft website and get the latest service pack for Windows XP or, if you are using Windows 2000 or earlier, you will need to purchase a copy of Windows XP or later.

download the attachment , unrar it and put all files into your wc3 , to run wc3 open the "euroloader.exe"

I M NOT SURE IF IT WILL WORK BECAUSE I MIXED SOME FILES :PPP
