Just use gproxy in euroloader which is stefos proxy as well.

You can't because it is for 1.24 as you have written.
Recommended one is this one at the moment,which is part of new eurobattle.net
They are just having problems with it,at the moment,so be patient,and wait for them to fix it.
I'm sure they are giving their best on fixing that problem.
