If i understand you well, you are thinking of something like they use for counterstrike servers for anti cheat, against wallhack, right? Small programs. But as i was an admin on garena, we used AH program which make random SS pictures on computers of people who are running it without letting them know, and he was automaticly updating to our server those pictures, so we were seeing when someone is using cheat... So simple, even that many wouldnt agree it.

SO simple that you can go to jail because of it....

I'm not sure you can go to jain because of it, but it is spyware for sure.

no jail but there would be virus alert or something and yes making ghost protection is hardly possible
