suggestion of a new command

I've recently discovered there's a command to get know who woted for rmk (!rmkcount).
I'd like to have this one for getting know who didn't vote to kick a player. Some games are ruined by players who feed on purpose etc. And if you want to kick them, you often find one vote missing..

So !votecount would be a nice upgrade.

A better thing. Delete !rmkcount and make !Votecount to know who didn't vote (eitherway: !rmk or !votekick or !ff... etc).

Rockafela, if someone refuses to play or has 0 7 in 5mins (and it happens quite often) and oponents don't want to kick him, why shouldn't I know who? If there should be any flaming (And I don't know where you got that idea) host can easily mute global chat.
