Using leavers

Hi,

I want to know what you think about using leavers, is it against the rules or not? I think it should be allowed, if the situation is 5v4 why wouldn't they be allowed to do so, it is 4 players against 5 of them, why couldn't they get a bit of help? And again, the team risks giving the enemies a free kill (assuming that the leavers hero has no items). I use leavers like couriers and I think it is totally fair.

I always use leavers. I really love to use leavers with global ultis. You didnt kill a guy and have a left zeus, ulti bam dead.
And next thing that happens is 5 people whining in all chat STOP USING LEAVERS OMG REPORT

 -Player is allowed to use leaver in the game, but is forbidden to feed an opponent with him on purpose;

do you even read the rules? you can allready use the leaver so why do you open a topic for this?

I mean I would understand if you said ' I am against using leavers ' but you support the current idea... why new topic?

we actually get like 1 request per week about using leaver and it gets inta denied

I personally enjoy when they spam the all chat with ' IP BANNED OMG RETARD'

or for similar common stupid all chat example ,when pd bot lags everyone writes to all chat ' LAGG lag omg lag'
