Server issues

Hello,
concerning lag/disconnects and server unstability yesterday/today.

It seems that our server provider has some technical issues with their networking, this is not something we can fix nor have control over, we can only wait for them to resolve the issue.
We will put the bots back @ playdota.eu channel when they fix the problem.
I'm going to remove all autobans and hopefully PSR loss caused by this.

i find it wise for an admin to let us know what's going on, but it's wiser to do this the moment the server is down, not the next day.

Are you serious? You've never administrate anything right? He told us when he realized why was this happening, not when you want?

Not resetted, the game you were disconnected in will be removed or the stats from that game will be given back.

keep up the good work, i can imagine how to administrate a server with sucha  big community and all kind of stuff can go wrong... thanks for a great bot!

There is no ETA, and it's very hard to guess it while the problem isn't even theirs so dont bother asking how long it would take and please just be patient.

Yesterday it was a national non-working day in the server's country. And a lot of people are actually in holidays.

Don't expect a fast maintenance...  8)

ofc when is 6 admins online then fawkz and myubernick and speaking on chanle when is modarete,but uber says that is not pd.eu problem server provider have some issues and,....
