yes telecom ? but it doesnt lag only to me...!!!
i cant play nice cause of this lag :@:@:@:@ it have a small lags .... like i`m watching some movie with pictures on every 3 secs ... not video

and it happens that it freez :@:@:@:@:@ i hate it so much

My ping works fine out of w3...you can check your ping here ( www.speedtest.net  and pingtest.net) 
but only here i lagged 100+ ping.... -.-

ping on speedtest has nothing with ping in w3...they are always different.

I just get ban because playdota fail! I checked my internet connection and it was OK. Now i'm really pissed off. (4 days ban........)
