imo too many teams, and there are just 0 rules.
If a team agrees on a time they will fight, YOU as organisator must admit that time, and the one that doesn't show up will auto lose. How hard can it be?

When i do that a lot of teams did no show up.

I think that creator of this tour should disqualify some team if it does not show up at agreed time.
