Racism: One dude asked why his unban reqest isnt solved, and i sad "Because you are black  " - YES WITH SMILEY
Promoting hack: I putted video of Dream Dota, so people would know what it is, if someone is dodgeing 2 much spells. They even have Dream Dota section(http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,55195.0.html)where you can report those ones who use it, but people dont EVEN KNOW WHAT that is. They might think when someone is dodgeing too much spells that he is a pro..
