But before, people balanced the game based on SD, which was TOTALY flawed. So you can say balance is not right, it still needs fixing. But balance is improved with PSR, A LOT.

It is better, but not perfect. Lets say the guy with 1700 points now get the guy with 1200 points in his team, which makes it harder for him to win
