This is fair? guy got unbanned only coz he said that he doesnt have mh or coz he is in top 5 ladder? can some1 explain this coz i dont think its fair, mrniceguy gave enought proofs for his ban and then all of the sudden he is unbanned?

they are not sure if he has mh ... in this case 1% > 99%
bcs they cant ban someone if they r not 100% sure
anyway they ll watch him now , and if he makes one more mistake ( in fog selection or ... ) he ll get perma

i know they are not sure but its not fair, he didnt get banned and they will watch him only coz he is in top 5 ladder

lol , do you think they care for rank ?
if the nr.1 uses mh and they find it out they ll ban him 1000% !
and btw. mrniceguy doesnt like des ups

yes i think they care for rank coz they dont treat same the guy with 1500 psr and with 1700
i didnt know that mrniceguy doesnt like des ups

and i didnt said that mrniceguy is unfair, he is very good at his job and everything best just i think they should treat all the players like they are nr.1

I think des ups was wanred for mh, if he uses it again ,he will get banned.

he got banned because of maphack but they aren't sure 100% so they can ban him either it was bug selection or it wasn't

They cant ban anyone if they are not 100% sure.I was in sort of similar situation so i know what is like to be accused for mh when you dont use anything .In this situation (unlike my situation) it wont affect a thing on des_ups . Also it doesnt matter are you 1st on ladder or 1435th.Rules are rules.
