flame,playing nervous with nervous people is a part of this game.

We do not say that we support this kind of behaviors.

Personally I check the flame situation,but mostly if its only 'retard,noob,idiot,' etc  I do not ban the requested user.

It also depends on a situation,if someone calls other one 100 times noob,fuckn noob ,noob retard idiot etc I ban the dude.

However you must understand that auto mute or something like that cant be the solution,what if a guy constantly whispering u curses etc?You just need to use the !ignore command or other ignore bnet commands.

I think that ban moderators are tired and it is hard to find nev ban moderators so that is the reason why ban requests are not processed and why we got soo many flamers....because they know that ban requests are not processed.
