there is several heroes who can counter lotar... When you need kill hero with low hp behind tower and you too have low hp. what you do run with lothar trough tower or better simply blink and skill?? With lothar you wont evade sick nuker skills.. for example crix uses ulty and jump in you turn invis and he already saw which way you have gone and use burrowstrike and its easy to notice if he hited you.
Ench + ghost anti imba hero. or even better traxx +ghost uses silence and totaly immune and uses frost arrow as active skill.
