Dota Can't Click anything

It happaned quite often recently when game start after like 10 seconds, I cant click on anything i can only type. Even if i random a unit I still couldnt move or click on store. It is so annoying, I didnt even tab out from slot screen to load screen > to -apso. Anyone know a way to fix this shit?

Try this:
Click Alt + Tab to desktop and then alt+tab to w3 if that doesn't work then alt+tab to desktop open any folder and go back into the game,from the video,the game is responding but bugging because you did/didn't do something
