It is alowerd after broke 1 side... ? look game link http://playdota.eu/stats/game/1574872/dota-sd-eu-pro-pdeu-4     they push our down side after 2 min no creep in our base,and 4 of them start to attacjk our base and they destroy all our bilding and they won but no creep in our base!
