Taking item from leaver

I believe this is bannable, the whole team shoud agree on who is to take which item, or we would have situations of lion/techies/zeus running around with buriza cause he happened to be near the player that left at that moment...

I just played game where techies took leaver and didnt wanted to sell item. HE WANTED TO PLAY with cent now. HE DIDNT STEAL JUST ITEMS HE STEAL ENTIRE HERO....WTF? When I said I need gold he let cent die 2 times.......

Even if it is against rules, the team could make an agreement and give items to who needs them most. Assuming that there is a leaver, the game is 5v4 so that could be totally fair.
