You wanted make fair bots but u make them total unfair i think you should make this :
if 2 player leave they lose points and they team mate will obliviously lose so they don't lose points but team witch win gets points for win

When autoban duration changed to days (Which will be on Tuesday - March 22) people won't leave that much anymore. Check these links carefully and 'quote' that i've given.

When a player gets autobanned he will receive negative score even if game resulted in a draw or his team won.
