can someone be unbanned from permaban?
because i saw this topic http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,48054.msg150578.html#msg150578
and saw that vaikiss is permabanned. but according to his stats he played a game 4 days ago http://stats.playdota.eu/?p=user&serverID=1&u=vaikiss&s=datetime&o=desc&n=0

i play on fawkz and ebnet and i cant log in fawkz with ebnet acc...
u must have 1 acc for each realm
