Dont consider this like complaint or offense, but as you can see there are still more and more complaints about ban/unban mods work. I posted two ban requests approximately 3 or 4 days ago, still not solved. I dont mind it, but as deadinformator said, there are just a simple requests where host left. That can take 2 mins to solve, no more...
