a help about bans

hi, i was playing with playdota bots for a long time and i never quited but i had 2 disconnections in last 2-3 days, i was playing until an hour ago but now i cant join games + i couldnt find out if i am banned or not, can you help me, and if i am banned how can i fix it i dont know how why i got banned??..

You can check if you are banned with !checkban command, write it in the playdota.eu channel or whisper /w playdota.eu !checkban
