yes there are, but if im banned (for disc by retarded host) and if play on another acc, thats a breaking rules.
im not allowed to play on other acc if one of my acc is already banned. (afaik thats multi acc evading ban)
but i can have 1 000 000 acc, and if none banned, i can freely play on any of then, without any consequences

In new bot it will be implemented that players with new ACCs wont be able to host games. I personally kick players from lobby who has 0 games played (that means 99% that he is leaver = new acc). Leavers will be lose a lot of rating points and they will be easily recognized and then ofc kicked from lobby.

I explained that making new ACCs will be useless.
