Anyway OT: I don't see why does it matter if someone will get banned at them moment when request was posted or a bit later. And for unban request, I've never waited more than 10 h, but if u can't wait for 1 day to get unbanned, if u can't live 1 day without dota than you seriously have a problem..

             Admins and mods has life too except dota,i can understand that.Lazy or not that maybe sometimes dont be problem.How long they cannot unban or ban somebody?Maybe as far as 2 days.Thats not the problem.Or maybe problem but main problem is they are answering topic and says unbanned or banned then closing the topic but when you check bans unbans you see that they just closed the topic and did nothing.

            I can understand maybe they should close topics without no care users ,cause they has job to do and no time for forum.And forum topics must close by them and they love being mod or admin its cool when you pronunciat it.Hearing it nice.But pls if they dont do their business at forum bring it someone else that can do.Cause users has job and things to do too and they love playing dota for become relax mod when arrived home.

There are actually people that dont abuse multiaccounts to avoid bans, so yes, it is better to solve unban requests first..
