Problem with the bot PD.eu

Hello, i cant open a room on PD.eu BOT and i tried so much all the codes need to open a room.
i have a picture to show you why. im stay in the PlayDota.eu Channel and no happen anything look :

you just need to join game alt + g and find you game

U cr8 game then go and search ur game name , writte ur GN  "askdjkasdjas" and ur IN
