No he is not rule breaker if the game is 5v3, he refused switch ok, after that he has left by rules cause rule say if the game is 5v3 you are free to leave without ban.

Yeah only when not include -so or when they dont want to switch. But in this game they want switch and he refuse it and left game after that, that is rule break he should get punishment.

ok mr.nice u say that this rule:

"If number of players in the opposing team is greater than 3 players and the game mode includes -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
               If number of players in the opposing team is greater then 2 players and the game mode does not include -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;
               After playing 35mins, switching is not necessary."

is not complete and official interpretation = if game is -so and if its 5v3 and if the !switch is (somehow) impossible, you're free to leave?
just asking to understand it... btw i agree with this rule, coz !switch has to be agreed by everybody ingame, coz its huge intervention into "original player layout between teams".

everyone hosts -so game but when the game come to a situation 5v3 they will refuse switch and i'm 99% sure that they WILL refuse switch because they say that they will end the game as soon as possible etc..
but you cant force someone to switch.. my opinion is better dont host -so game bcos even if it comes to some imba situation the opposite team wont vote!

U are free to leave u say, but how it is chance 10000% that he ban's u when u leave, so you must post unban request and wait untill u unban and so you lose time!!!
But if u stay in game u can't be afk u must move, and they will hunt you to get better score..

Btw if it's the 5 vs 3 situation and the team of 5 refuses to switch the game counts as NO -switchon game.
