Nope I dont wanna judge their manners, I just wanna make them prize their old accounts more than the new ones (made in 90 sec).

Y i agree. I with some ppl discused it somewhere, but just as idea and just in a few posts. In this post I'm trying to find out if its possible to manage that and I'm also trying to get support of a lot of "experienced well known players/forum users" to persuade the PD staff to make this rule working.
Dont anybody know how to manage that?

I also think this is a good ideea because this will totally forbid hosts who get banned to make new accounts.
But I would like to make a suggestion: lower the game number to 30 -  in order to satisfy also the "people who don;t play that much". I think this is fair 

Btw its not about the number limiting the access to !pub - its just about this rule generaly. U can allways modify the limit - during the application of this rule.

i have 3-4 accs only because i have stupid isp and i get disconnected and retard host bans me, and i post unban request... denied you have already too much warns...
the best thing this bot could use is a reconnect system.
anyway i think its a good idea and i think its not a big tech prob.

Y but it take time to make acc with 50+ games. U cannot make new acc and just !pub with this rule - so ppl will ban u less for W3 eror etc. coz they will be afraid that when they will get baned they will have to spend some time before they can host.
I hope this rule will make hosts more responsible (not all players, but at least hosts).

What might be a good adition to this eventual rule is denying bad hosts right of creating a game. For example, 2-3 bans for bad hosting= removal of hosting rights for a month for example.

Nice extension - he will be able to play, but host after some time. But i think it just enable u to make the limit allowing u host higher (if u take into consideration, that nobody here take care about ban - coz of easily evading this by new acc making).
