An other one of your favourite japanese riddles. This is not given on a interview for a job. But to 5 year old kids (Note they know only the numbers to 10. Do not use integrals, like I did).

2573 = 0
4489 = 3
1376 = 1
1551 = 0
9265 = 2
4148 = ?

4148 = 2 ?

What do you think 5 year olds can do?
This was a hint, that I shouldn't have posted, at all.

May somebody remind me the difference between reply and personal message.
The started of this topic has demanded you to follow some rules (written in the first post).

Why do I think that 2573 = 0 is not correct?  :o
If you don't like it use the unknown operator =>. You need to find out what this operator stands for and apply it to the 4148 number.
Good luck.

5. Man went to pet shop to buy a parrot. Seller told him that all parrots he got are specific species and they all repeat what they hear. Man, so happy, bought one and took him home. He tried to test parrot, but he didnt repeat anything after man. Why parrot didnt repeat man's words if seller was telling truth regarding that parrot species?

6. Doc gave to man 3 pills and said him to take one pill every half an hour. How long will last therapy?

I received very few answers attempts. Its not hard, try it for fun...

Hint:
(Note they know only the numbers to 10. Do not use integrals, like I did)
For 5 year old kids, I can tell you that they know only the simplest math operation (you'll have to guess what it is).
Forget everything you know. Start learning from the beginning (both intellectual and psychical level). What do you think a kid can do with these cool numbers floating on the screen/sheet of paper.
Maybe I'm giving too much attention on the elementary part of the problem, but I have no other idea how to help you more.

In the end, you can always ask your child/nephew/grandchild.
