Same IP roommate problem

It is the ports for sure....try to join yourself with default port (6112) I think and if you still can't join that's seems you have high ping or you don't have the latest map of dota(playdota.eu) that's why it autokick you and your friend..

Make sure your friends have the latest DotA map.

You CAN'T download the map from ladder lobbies but you CAN download the map from custom lobbies.

Ladder lobbies are ones with exclamation mark(!) as trigger while custom lobbies use . as trigger
You start ladder games with !gopub, you start custom games with .map and .gopub

Thank you for your help. I don’t know what exactly caused it but it works now. I retraced my steps and reconfigured everyone’s IPs, ports, downloaded the maps... and now it works  So thanks again and see you around
