I have 1Mb/s and I am paying it about 15 euros...and I am playing withoout lags and delays...u dont need that good internet speed for playing DotA online...btw,Koreans have best internt speeds,they have like 1Gb/s....:D

u can play dota even with 256 kb/s.
but if i can get better net for same money,why not.

this was uploads acording to speedtest.net  worlds most popular internet speed test website

and now Downloading speeds

1 South Korea   39.11 Mb/s
2 Latvia   26.26 Mb/s
3 Lithuania   25.36 Mb/s

just to add 1 thing we got some rly crapy quality companies around in lithuania which is fucking up the speed statistics but eventualy they will get better <3
