Hmm for example if soemone has 0/10 in min 12 votekick is very usefull. Team can votekick him and though opponent team wont get too feeded. Also afkers that stay at fountain and move around from time to time not not appear afk can be votekiced

lol after geting 10 kills in min 12 i would tear whole enemy team apart alone

You wont benefit from his gold or items if 0 /10 in min 12
And no chance to win if he feeded

lol   10 kills = 2k gold  + alot of exp    enemy team is -1 player also  so why wouldnt i benefit from that ?

Yes I would.

I've seen that too, next thing happening would be; your team calls it "balance" and votekicks you, gg and their team will vote because your team helped them kicking.

There are lots of people playing DotA as friends and even if you are 2 or 3 friends it is easy to organise rest of room to your advantage.

This is the formula;
n = number of your friends playing in that game
("-switch" + "!votekick") * n = Free-Win
