Still it works on both skill and item. If you have luck.you can get one evasion from skill and other from item ,but both in one time wont stack..

Also works with desolator and sange....it negates orb effect but by those 20 % of sange orb one hit will negate deso and deal effect from sange .

evasion cant work like that cause its always on so cant work one and then second the bigger is applied
but with orb effects youre right if you got deso and % orb or crit or MKB always orb works but if % come overwrite this effect

Multiple criticals do not stack by simply adding % chance. On forums they say it's calculated by this formula:
*buriza 20%
*yur skill 36%

1 - (1 - 0.36 ) · ( 1 - 0.2 ) · ( 1 - 0.2 ) = 0.5904 = 59% And only the last aquired critical will work.

even if this works like that its useless to have crit ability and crit item it seems the % is bigger and if doesnt work % item so works % can ability but on both crits bigger is applied but the % of crits or any other effect is better upgrade by no another % giving but increasing attack speed with faster attack you % works just same but the time of % is faster and war3 engine is based on pseudo% system so for ex. 25% dont say on every attack is 25% to do effect but starts maybe on 3% on first attack but  with every ongoing attack is % bigger to max. not full 100% like 99,99% so as longer you attack the chance is bigger an after some attacks effect have to work  the 25% says only like fast this % row grows
so for better crits or bash is worthy items with attack speed cause % is growing faster then bigger % of effect
that why all of use are screaming on noobs why they are buying crit on naga

What did you just write there? It's hard to get what were you trying to say. Where did you get that that %chance grows? As far as I know if you have a 25% chance to do a crit, it means that you have 25% chance to do a critical, not starting 3% and growing.(if that's what were you trying to say). Also buriza grants damage so it's not a total waste, although it's not a very good build.
